I decided to join The Daily Post’s Weekly Photo Challenge this week looking for great shots about Horizons.
The challenge defines Horizon as “The space or line where the sky meets the earth. So many places where the sky meets the earth around the world, and millions of interactions between two elements. It can be water, a city skyline, a forest, a wasteland, a desert, a sunset outside your bedroom window.”
Then, here’s my collection of horizons. They may not be the best shots ever, but they are very dear places.
–The b&w sight from a friend’s home in Northern Finland. It was March and still we could see so many layers of snow.
–The other side of the lake: If you ever visit Rome, don’t miss the view to the lake from Castel Gandolfo, the Pope’s summer residence.
–Magic Road Trip to Luxembourg: This is the view from one of the many chambers inside the Vianden Castle, in Luxembourg. This castle was the set where it was film that weird Malkovich film Shadow of the Vampire (2000)
–The Volcano by the Lake: In Southern Chile, in the lakes region, you can find the Villarrica volcano next to the Villarrica Lake, in the Pucón Area.
–Cuba’s colors: There maybe other places where a sunset is as colorful as Cubans, but I think this is worth sharing.
